Arth Vani ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") is a financial news, education, and product discovery platform operated to simplify complex financial and economic information for Indian audiences. Arth Vani is a media and technology platform — it is not a financial institution, advisory firm, brokerage house, or licensed financial intermediary of any kind.

The Platform provides financial news, educational content, market updates, simplified explainers, interactive calculators, product comparison tools, and AI-powered financial intelligence across multiple Indian languages. Our sole objective is to improve financial awareness and literacy by making financial information accessible, understandable and actionable. Arth Vani does not manage, hold, invest, or transact in any securities, financial instruments, insurance products, bank deposits, loans, or digital assets on behalf of any user.

2. Not Financial Advice

All content published on this Platform — including news articles, market analysis, opinion pieces, educational guides, explainers, infographics, videos, audio summaries, newsletters, WhatsApp and Telegram channel content, social media posts, and AI-generated outputs — is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes or should be interpreted as:

• Investment advice — we do not recommend the purchase, sale, or holding of any stock, bond, mutual fund, ETF, IPO, NFO, or any other security.
• Financial advice — we do not provide personalised financial planning, wealth management, or portfolio construction.
• Tax advice — tax information and calculator estimates are general; we do not prepare, file, or advise on income tax returns.
• Insurance advice — we do not recommend specific policies, coverage amounts or providers; comparisons are informational, not advisory.

3. Regulatory Status — SEBI, AMFI, IRDAI, RBI

SEBI: Arth Vani is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser (IA) under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, nor as a Research Analyst (RA), Portfolio Manager, Stock Broker or Sub-broker. We do not provide stock tips, target prices, buy/sell calls, portfolio recommendations or securities research.

AMFI: Arth Vani is not registered with AMFI as a Mutual Fund Distributor (MFD). We do not distribute, sell or process investments in any mutual fund scheme. Fund data (NAV, returns, AUM, scheme details) is sourced from AMFI and the respective AMCs for information and comparison only.

IRDAI: Arth Vani is not licensed by IRDAI as an Insurance Broker, Corporate Agent, Web Aggregator, Insurance Marketing Firm or any other intermediary. We do not sell, solicit, negotiate or service any insurance policy.

RBI: Arth Vani is not an RBI-licensed bank, NBFC, payment aggregator/gateway, digital lending platform or banking correspondent. We do not accept deposits, process payments, disburse loans or provide banking services.

Other: Arth Vani holds no licence from ICAI, BCI, FPSB India or any other professional regulatory body authorising the provision of financial, tax, legal or investment planning services.

4. Mutual Fund Risks

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Unit values may rise or fall with market conditions, interest rates, credit and liquidity risks. Past performance is not indicative of future performance, and there is no assurance any scheme's objectives will be achieved. Read all scheme-related documents — the Scheme Information Document (SID), Statement of Additional Information (SAI) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) — carefully before investing (available on the AMC and AMFI websites, www.amfiindia.com). SIP return estimates from our calculators use assumed historical rates; actual returns vary and SIP does not assure profit or protect against loss in declining markets.

5. Insurance — Subject Matter of Solicitation

Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation. Insurance product information (premiums, coverage, claim ratios, features, terms) is sourced from insurers' publicly available brochures, websites and regulatory filings, for general awareness and comparison only, and may not reflect current rates, terms, exclusions or regulatory changes. Read complete policy wordings before purchasing. "Get Quote"/"Compare" actions redirect to the insurer or a licensed intermediary; Arth Vani does not process, underwrite, issue or service any policy. Display of insurance information does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy by Arth Vani. IRDAI does not sell insurance directly or indirectly or endorse any products.

6. Cryptocurrency and Virtual Digital Assets (VDAs)

Cryptocurrency and VDAs (including Bitcoin, Ethereum and all other digital tokens) are highly volatile, speculative and carry a substantial risk of total loss. As of publication, India lacks a comprehensive regulatory framework for crypto; the RBI has cautioned the public about risks. Under the Income Tax Act, 1961, gains on VDA transfers are taxed at 30% (Section 115BBH) with no loss set-off, and a 1% TDS applies (Section 194S). VDA service providers must register with FIU-IND and comply with the PMLA. The Government may introduce legislation restricting or banning crypto. Arth Vani does not facilitate buying, selling, trading, staking, lending or holding of any VDA; all crypto content is informational only. Only invest amounts you can afford to lose entirely.

7. AI-Generated Content

This Platform extensively uses artificial intelligence (LLMs, NLP, machine learning) to generate, simplify and summarise news; translate content into Indian languages; create audio summaries; power the "Ask Arth AI" assistant; generate AI Signals on IPOs/NFOs; personalise feeds; and categorise content.

AI-generated content, despite editorial review, may contain factual errors, inaccuracies, misinterpretations, outdated information or omissions, and may appear authoritative while being incorrect. AI Signals (e.g. "AI Signal: Wait — 50% confidence") are algorithmic, pattern-based estimates from public data — not investment recommendations — and do not account for your situation; accuracy is not guaranteed. The "Ask Arth AI" chatbot gives educational responses, has no access to your personal finances, and is not a substitute for a qualified advisor. Independently verify all numbers, rates, regulatory details, dates and product terms before relying on them. AI-generated content should never be the sole basis for any financial, investment or insurance decision.

8. Referral Fees and Affiliate Partnerships

Arth Vani earns revenue through advertising, sponsored content, affiliate partnerships and lead generation. When you click product links ("Open Account," "Get Quote," "Start SIP," "Apply Now," etc.) you are redirected to the provider; if you complete an action there, Arth Vani may earn a referral fee, commission or affiliate payment (cost-per-lead, cost-per-acquisition, trail commissions, cost-per-click, sponsorships). This does not affect the price you pay. Our editorial content, AI analysis and AI Signals are produced independently of commercial partnerships, though placement/visibility of product cards may be influenced by commercial arrangements. All paid content is clearly labelled "SPONSORED," "AD" or "PROMOTED" per the ASCI Code.

9. Past Performance

Past performance of any product, investment, fund, stock, index, policy or strategy does not guarantee or indicate future results. Historical returns, NAV growth, rankings and back-tested results are for informational reference only. Markets are unpredictable; assess your own risk tolerance, goals and horizon before any commitment.

10. Third-Party Content and Links

This Platform may link to third-party websites, apps and services (brokerages, AMCs, insurers, banks, government portals, news sources) for convenience and information only. Arth Vani does not control or endorse third-party content, accuracy, privacy or security; access them at your own risk and review their terms. Market data (prices, indices, rates) may be sourced from third parties, exchanges (BSE, NSE), AMFI and RBI, may be delayed (typically 15 minutes or more) and may not reflect real-time conditions.

11. Data Privacy

Arth Vani collects and processes user data (browsing behaviour, reading preferences, device info, language, interests, search queries, calculator inputs, subscriptions) to personalise content, improve the experience and deliver relevant advertising, including anonymised audience segments. No personally identifiable financial information (bank details, PAN, Aadhaar, card numbers, portfolio details) is collected or stored. 12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Arth Vani, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, founders, directors, officers, employees, editors, writers, contractors, technology/AI partners and advertising partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, investment returns or missed opportunities) arising from: use of or reliance on any content, data, analysis, AI output, calculator result or comparison; errors, inaccuracies, omissions or delays; decisions made based on Platform information; transactions on third-party platforms accessed via our links; technical interruptions, errors or security breaches; or inaccurate, misleading or outdated AI-generated content. You use the Platform and its content at your own risk.

13. Changes to This Disclaimer

Arth Vani may modify, update or revise this Disclaimer at any time without prior notice; changes are effective immediately upon posting. The "Last updated" date indicates the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Disclaimer and all matters arising from use of this Platform are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
